Scammers, terrible Solicitors, charged over £400.00 for a simple commercial lease surrender document. The new tenants were completely ripped off too, they paid over £200 more than we paid last year for the same lease. Con artists for what is effectively a legal template.

I would like to say a special thank you to callum at talbots. I was distraught with the problems i had. He calmed me down as explained in detail what my problems were. And although i needed specialist help he put in touch with a solicitors firm who could help. I was promptly helped by all at talbots from effective switchboard and an exeptional pleasant receptionist who put me through to callum. I would approach this company again if i needed any advice.. cuz if they cant help (which in most cases they can) they will put yu touch with someone specialist in that area.. well done talbots. Its nice to know that customers really come first.

we were ''recommended'' talbots by our estate agent but after chasing them for 2/3 weeks with emails and phone calls after they made an error on the paperwork ( no one ever answered the phone or responded to my answer phone messages) which were all ignored we decided to go with another solicitor.

Very poor service, calls and emails ignored, never get back to you when leave messages, day before contracts due to exchange further info needed that should have been sorted in early stages. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
