I think it fair to say Nafeesa saved my property sale from going belly up. This was the most stressful experience in selling a property ever, and as a portfolio landlord I've sold a few. When I was pulling my hair out with things not progressing and not being able to speak to the person dealing with my sale I was put through to Nafeesa, initially annoyed I had to speak to somebody else Nafeesa just made things happen and got the sale over the line, I wish she had handled my sale from the start, a thoroughly professional person!

We have used Lisa multiple times for various property acquisitions and she is exceptional. We are based in Devon which is a long way from where Lisa is based but this makes no difference as she is quick to gain an understanding of the local area and delivers her services brilliantly time and time again. She has recently works on 2 commercial purchases for us (as well as other purchases/sales previously), each with their own nuances and sometimes "unusual" covenants/agreements with neighbouring property/land but Lisa is always quick to identify potential risks and find ways to mitigate against them. Lisa provides timely updates which are clear and concise whilst also making sure every last bit of detail is covered so we, as investors have a clear understanding of what we are purchasing. We've used other firms before but none compare to the level or service we get from Lisa.

Sherian was brilliant. My sale threw up a lot of hidden issues / queries. Direct communication via email worked very well and Sherian was professional, friendly and knowledgable. I have sold and bought many properties in the past and will only ever use Sherian / Bradley Haynes in the future....... 4 months after posting this review I subsequently purchased a property and used Sherian.
