Thoughtful, first class communication. I require paperwork in an alternative format which causes issues for most companies. Not a problem for Amy & support staff - all paperwork was easy for me to navigate & understand. Soo grateful, as this often isn't the case, or I have to wait several weeks to get it in that alternative format. Their understanding about my situation was also great - I was treated as a person, not a disabled person who's a problem to be managed.
