Would highly recommend Sam Dale for sorting wills, he knows his stuff, helped sort a difficult ’blended family’ arrangement and was patient with us when we took our time finalising details. Butcher and Barlow Solicitors in Sandbach, South Cheshire have recently dealt with both the conveyancing and assisted with the administration of my mother's estate. I could not recommend them highly enough. They have kept me updated throughout the process and have been extremely helpful.

We sought the services of Sam (Dale) after mum had a fall and ended up in respite care, it was then she realised it was probably time to sort out power of attorney, for her own piece of mind, in the event of her being unable to sort out her own affairs.
She chose my two brothers and myself, but we knew we wanted someone experienced to oversee the process, Sam was perfect, he talked through the ins and outs and simplified the legal jargon with us before talking to mum, on her own, to make sure everything was OK and it was exactly what she wanted, he was compassionate and professional in equal measure.
I'd recommend his services anytime.

Sam @Butcher & Barlow LLP recently help us set up a Lasting Power of Attorney for our mother.
Unfortunately due to developing circumstances this had to be arranged fairly quickly and not in the normal environment where these discussions would normally take place. Sam was sooo professional while also being personable and very accommodating for our mother.
My family and I cant recommend Sam and Butcher & Barlow LLP enough for what they have done in such a short time. will definitely use again.

Parents Estate
Mr Samuel Dale in saw back in 2024, with a Family Issue concerning my Parents Estate.
He has gone above and beyond to sort this issue out with a Fantastic Result.
Jennifer Brown his Secretary always kept me updated with any changes ect and I'm extremely greatful for Everything they have done for me.

Excellent service
Following the death of my mother, I was not looking forward to having to work through the probate process. I need not have worried. Sam Dale explained the process clearly and emailed me the necessary documentation that had been largely completed on my behalf. Sam’s ongoing communication was concise and welcome. Unbelievably, the grant of probate was issued within one week of Sam submitting the documents. What can I say. Excellent service, and I would recommend Sam and Butcher & Barlow without a moments hesitation

Friendly and very helpful
We met with Sam Dale in Sandbach twice to sort out our wills. He was so informative and helpful, as well as explaining things in less legal terms. As we were going on holiday, he managed to get the draft wills to us to review and then set up a meeting with us the next week to finalise the wills. The whole process was easy and Sam was a pleasure to deal with - all the staff at B&B were friendly, which was refreshing!
