A breath of fresh air!

Rachel did the conveyancing for us on a property we sold. Dealing with Rachel was a breath of fresh air compared to other solicitors we've used in the past. She is responsive to messages and does what she says she is going to do without being 'chased'. She is friendly and approachable whilst dealing with us in a professional manner. For over 12 months, Mark Fletcher at Butcher and Barlow has been providing me with excellent legal advice. Although it sometimes might not have been what I wanted to hear, it was always in my best interests. Mark informed me of the fees up front so there were never any hidden costs.
