Sam Dale explained the process clearly and emailed me the necessary documentation that had been largely completed on my behalf. Sam’s ongoing communication was concise and welcome. Unbelievably, the grant of probate was issued within one week of Sam submitting the documents. What can I say. Amanda (and her colleagues Steph and Sarah) have been brilliant throughout the whole process. From rapidly responding to enquiries, chasing the solicitors of our buyer and seller, and answering questions when we've had them, nothing has been too much trouble. When it came to exchanging and completing, Amanda made herself available on both days for regular updates and phone calls with ourselves, which is not something we have always experienced with conveyancing solicitors.
