A friend recommended Butcher and Barlow when I needed to sell my house. They have been fantastic throughout the process - friendly, helpful, kept in touch.

Matt and Steph were very helpful and professional when expediting my recent sale. It was particularly difficult for me because I had already moved away and so could have felt out of the loop. However, Matt was very diligent in chasing up parties and keeping me advised, until he was able to give me the news "We've completed". Thank you

Matt and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout the process - keeping me updated at all times and ensuring there were no delays at our end and chasing the purchaser's solicitor to ensure timely completion. Expertise and guidance ensured a great outcome and very reasonably priced.

Butcher Barlow were recommended to me by the estate agent selling my late Mum's property. I dealt with Matthew Watson who was approachable and helpful throughout the process. Their diligent actions made the experience as stress free as possible. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew Watson & Ella Woodier at Butcher and Barlow in Bramhall for the purchase of my first home. The service provided was absolutely exceptional and if you’re looking for a solicitor who goes above and beyond, look no further! From day one the communication was amazing, always available to answer any questions and addressed any concerns I had with a calming manner making the process totally stress free. I would thoroughly recommend Butcher and Barlow if you’re wanting a solicitor who actually care and gets the job done. Matthew Watson is an incredible asset and would definitely use him again in the future.
