Completed on our home last Thursday and had used Butcher & Barlow (44 church st leigh) based on a recommendation of how good Karen is.
Kirsty Frain took point on this for us and it took little over 2months from instruction, through to completion with advice/guidance given where needed, laser sharp (in exactly the way you'd want your solicitor to be!)
I hope i don't need conveyancing again any time soon, but if I do i'll be coming straight back here.

I've used Karen Baker twice now, first time for selling, and the second for buying. Her knowledge and help is second to none.
