Trying times
Lucy and the rest of the team acted with the utmost professionalism at all times throughout what can only be described as a trying situation. They dealt with everything with humour and patience, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Codicil to Will
I wished to have a codicil to my Will and contacted WBW as they prepared, and hold, my original Will. This was done efficiently and with very little trouble to me. When I went to sign the codicil I was greeted by all Staff pleasantly and with courteously. I am very satisfied with all that was done and I thank Lucy Steven and her secretary for their help.
