Highly recommended service and Claire was amazing.
I needed a solicitor to help deal with an ex partner and negotiate house sale. Although this was a stressful time and difficult Claire was friendly and supportive and I knew that I could call or pop in to the office to get updates and advice. I would highly recommend the whole team.

Divorce and financial matters

Highly recommend
What should have been a very straightforward divorce turned into a two year long emotional rollercoaster due to the escalating post separation abuse and my ex's narcissistic personality disorder. Claire was proactive and assertive and also extremely knowledgeable in dealing with the many unexpected obstacles and the continual lack of cooperation from the other party. She expertly guided me through this difficult time and thanks to her professionalism and expertise I am able to move on with my life now. Thank you Claire.

Amazing
I received a reply from on online enquiry within 24 hours and had an initial interview with a senior partner . Kim Aucott was so supportive, friendly and professional I felt reassured immediately. The solicitor who dealt with my issue, Claire Higham was equally supportive and I felt in excellent hands throughout. The process is very stressful and not one I am familiar with, but all my questions and anxieties were dealt with in such a kind and empathetic manner. I felt the company gave good value for money, but the main thing was the amazing way we were looked after. I was able to email or phone at any time, meetings were helpful and the whole case was dealt with sensitively, and timely - they won my case and this has been life changing for my daughter. I can’t recommend them, or thank them enough.

Special guardianship
Really helpful with anything I didn’t no or understand. Went out of her way to make sure everything was going on track. Really friendly and it felt like she cared which made the experience much better for us.

First class solicitor
Miss Higham is great person. As professional the communication was straight, clear and easy going. We got the advise what we were looking for with the great understanding of the matter. If I ever need a solicitor for any reason I Clair will be the first contact I will make. I would recommend clair higham as one of the easygoing professional.

In excellent hands
I was represented in my recent divorce case initially by Claire Higham and then Eluned Roberts. My experience with both solicitors was excellent. Their service was highly ethical, professional, diligent and empathetic and although divorce is a stressful process, I knew I was in safe and hands throughout. Response to queries were timely, with comprehensive & knowledgeable answers to all my questions. I appreciated very much being able to have direct contact with both solicitors.
