Corinne Flannery

Chartered Legal Executive

Corinne is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Residential Conveyancing Department and is based in the Guildford office. Prior to joining Morr & Co Corinne worked in residential conveyancing in London and then for a large Surrey based law firm. She acts in a range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity for both private individuals and companies. Corinne understands the importance of knowing a client’s aims and needs to achieve the best outcome for them and that good communication is key in a transaction to ensure it is as quick, efficient, and as stress free as possible for clients.
