I am a Partner working at the firm’s Runcorn office. I specialise in all aspects of commercial property and general commercial work as well as a broad range of litigious matters. I joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2012 and qualified in 2014. Since this time I have developed a broad client base acting for individuals and companies who are both local and national. In particular, I act for a number of large-scale commercial landlords, along with local GP practices and dental practitioners. Prior to joining the firm, I studied law at Lancaster and Manchester Universities, before completing my LPC at the College of Law in Chester. In October 2018, I qualified as a Notary Public. Been in Business for quite some time, Butcher and Barlow are my First and last point of call for residential & commercial legal advice 10/10.
Selling houses, hiring premises, etc - so much so my new commercial landlord now uses them after them being so efficient for me!
Runcorn branch very accessible & friendly even in the pandemic
