Perfect house sale partner
Suzanne handled the sale of my Late Uncle’s house on behalf of the Executors. Always professional and cheerful in her approach even dealing with issues as they arose plus multiple Executors which must have been challenging at times.

Top Team!
We appointed Suzanne as our solicitor for the sale of our house and purchase of a new home. The sale was handle very efficiently and smoothly for the fee agreed which was very competitive. It took us three attempts to buy a new home - no fault of Suzanne - as the first two properties had issues identified when we undertook a level 3 building survey. The third property passed the survey but, being a Grade 2 listed building that was 400 years old, there were numerous details that needed to be checked and address. Suzanne was thorough and meticulous in dealing with these details, provided clear advice, and kept us informed at all time. Suzanne and her team provide a first class service and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Listed Cottage Purchase
