Exceptional Service Every Time

I run a small limited company, have used Jonathan and his team at Butcher Barlow several times over the last eleven years, and they have always delivered a first class service, both on a business and personal level In the current climate, where practically every company I have to deal with, either on a business or personal level offers poor service, which they hide behind excuses like ‘we are experiencing a high number of calls’, or they make it almost impossible to find a phone number on their website, so you can’t actually ring them, Jonathan and his team are like a breath of fresh air. They respond quickly to emails, phone calls, use their legal expertise to protect my business and basically get the job done with a minimum of fuss. I’d never use anyone else for anything legal, and would recommend them to anyone. I have just had a new commercial agreement signed off with an extremely large company, which was handled by Kerry, and she was exemplary in dealing with the massive twenty seven page agreement that was sent to me, handled the whole thing quickly, expertly and left me with a feeling of absolute confidence that the agreement protected me and my small company. In conclusion, I would 100% recommend Butcher & Barlow to anyone requiring legal expertise, on either a business or personal basis.
