I received an outstanding service from Emma (GloverPriest). She managed my transfer of equity and mortgage lender transfer extremely efficiently in under a month, and just a few days before Christmas. Emma kept me updated of relevant steps, and answered my questions very helpfully. I feel that she went above and beyond to meet the specific needs of the case. I wouldn't hesitate to use GloverPriest again in the future.

Excellent and Attentive Service
I had great service from Emma, Kaneisha and Jennifer. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. Given it's such a lengthy and intense process, they helped to make it as smooth as possible.

Great Service and Communication
Emma dealt with our conveyancing for both our purchase and sale and was excellent throughout. Everything was quickly aligned for our purchase and all matters were dealt with promptly. The progression of our sale was more complex than first thought, but Emma was in constant communication with us, responded quickly to emails and kept us up to date. We would highly recommend Glover Preist and would certainly return to them for any legal matters.

Sale & Purchase
I never write reviews on anything as haven't ever experienced any kind of service that has been worthy enough.
But can honestly say that the service that was provided by Emma while selling & purchasing my houses was second to none.
Emma has gone above and beyond to make the whole process easy & efficient as possible.
Emma answered all my query's & concerns with a rapid & professional response.
I would highly recommend to anyone as Emma and her team have been amazing.

Excellent Service Provided
My partner and I are first time buyers and recently purchased our first home. At the recommendation of our estate agent, we went to Glover Priest for all our conveyancing - what a great decision that was!
The online system where we could upload our documents made our To Do List very clear and easy to follow. The communication from those at Glover Priest was excellent and we were informed of what was happening, every step of the way, and any question asked was answered in full, so we understood exactly what was going on.
Emma Reeves-Brown was absolutely outstanding and we cannot thank her enough for making this process so easy! She was incredibly efficient and wasted no time in getting things done or responding to our queries. I genuinely believe this lady worked so hard the entire time our matter was in her care and I could not recommend enough the services that herself and Glover Priest provided us with, as our experience has been truly fab.

Sale of property
Excellent service from Emma Reeves-Brown, her communication throughout the whole of the sale process was excellent and she always explained anything I was unsure of. I would 100% recommend her services and I would definitely use again - if you want a quick and easy sale to go through then this is the place for you!

Equity transfer
I have previously used Glover Priest to sell my house and for the purchase of my current one . Recently I used them again for the transfer of equity in my house to my daughter. On all occasions I have found all the team to be friendly, approachable and efficient. I would have no hesitation in using them again if the necessity arises.

A good experience
My solicitor and her assistant were very helpful and answered my email queries in a timely manner. The process took longer than expected, but my solicitor kept me updated and managed to get things moving to get it completed. She was very helpful and professional, I would be happy to use her again.
