I received an outstanding service from Emma (GloverPriest). She managed my transfer of equity and mortgage lender transfer extremely efficiently in under a month, and just a few days before Christmas. Emma kept me updated of relevant steps, and answered my questions very helpfully. I feel that she went above and beyond to meet the specific needs of the case. I wouldn't hesitate to use GloverPriest again in the future.

Fantastic service by Emma and her team
Being a first time buyer I was nervous choosing a solicitors but glad I went with the recommendation of Glover Priest.
Emma and the team were there every step of the way and made the sale process as smooth as possible.
Nothing was too much bother, emails were always answered quickly by Emma which kept me up to date all the way along.

Perfect conveyancing
At a time where conveyancing is taking longer than usual, Emma processed our purchase so quickly. Had we not needed to serve notice on our landlord we could have completed in just 10 weeks. It couldn’t have been smoother. Emma worked her socks off for us and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to anyone. Thank you Emma!

Positive experience as a first time buyer
As a first time buyer I was very nervous with the whole process but Emma and her team were there every step of the way, nothing was to much bother to them, emails answered very promptly.
It felt a smooth process as much as a purchase can be and would fully recommend Glover Priest Solicitors.

Disappointing.
I have now used these solicitors twice and on both occasions I have had the same experience. They promised a lot and delivered very little.

Thank you for your feedback, after reviewing your matter I see this completed within 11 weeks from the issue of the memo of sale which is well inside what is classed as the norm of 16 to 18 weeks. The whole process seems to have completed without error or issue.

House sale
Loved the portal made sorting early paperwork and identification really easy and painless. Always felt in contact and all messages were responded to in good time and every effort was made by all staff to support my sale and keep me informed of every part of the process!
