We hired Phoebe Tracey for our purchase of a property and it’s been 8 months she is so late she don’t reply emails nor attend calls. Because of her our first mortgage expired and we had to do second one paid more funds for mortgage. And still she is doing nothing.

We accepted a cash offer for the property we were selling so expected a prompt sale. However, as time progressed, it became clear the buyer needed additional funds. This, combined with issues with incorrect details in a local search, meant the process was far more long winded and challenging than expected. As time went on, we communicated a lot with Phoebe who worked hard to progress the sale. She frequently chased the buyer's solicitor providing regular updates to me. When unusual situations arose with the sale, Phoebe aimed to resolve them, suggesting ways forward. When the usually non-communicative buyer's solicitor suddenly called Phoebe to exchange and complete there and then, she sensibly ensured due process was followed. Phoebe is approachable and explained matters that were not clear to me. I feel confident the work has been done well. Onboarding with Glover Priest support staff highlighted a few issues with attention to detail (incorrect name spelling) and the property address on the final bill was misspelt. This undermines confidence. However, I had no such issues with Phoebe's work.

Throughout this whole process I've been scratching my head and trying to understand certain things to the process. Phoebe was able to break it down and explain it so I understood it clearly and with the help of her conveyancing assistant Phoebe they both were able to get our purchase over the line.
