I could not fault Roxanne at all and will certainly be using her again for any further house purchase! As first time buyers, we had been told about the potential difficulties with the conveyancing process and had been given many horror stories about the service our peers had received during their purchases. That couldn't have been more untrue with this company (and Roxanne). From start to finish, Roxanne was thorough, clear and approachable. We were dealt with a particularly difficult purchase (due to the onwards chain) and it would have been very easy for us to panic if we weren't kept in the loop. Roxanne gave us clear instruction on our options at all times and she walked us through the purchase from start to finish. We were given regular updates (even if the process had not progressed) and Roxanne answered any questions in an unbelievably timely manner. If you are looking for a solicitor that will cut corners then look elsewhere because Roxanne was thorough and professional in her job at all times and really had our best interests at heart with our purchase! The fact that the cost of this kind of service was extremely reasonable made us want to recommend Glover Priests (and Roxanne) all the more!

Would highly recommend for house purchasing. We are first time buyers and I had heard many horror stories about the conveyancing process with some other companies. This could not have been more wrong for us! We had Roxanne dealing with our case, who was efficient, trustworthy and so responsive, which made the process (which was extremely difficult due to the onward chain) a lot easier to understand and deal with.
