Didn't listen to what I was trying to achieve. Very expensive way to find out there was nothing that could be done. Too many assumptions made. I felt Katie was out of her depth.

Did not have sufficient knowledge or experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not feel supportive or reassuring. We recognise that matters involving family and inheritance are often highly emotional and it is important to us that anyone seeking guidance feels listened to and treated with care and respect from the outset. Where feedback is provided, whether by clients or by those who contact us, directly or via online platforms, it is welcomed and considered carefully. We also recognise that, in some circumstances, legal advice can be difficult to hear, particularly where the law limits what can be done at a particular point in time. We are nevertheless concerned if someone leaves a conversation feeling unheard or dissatisfied. As we are currently unable to identify the matter from the information provided, I would personally welcome the opportunity to understand your concerns in more detail. If you would be willing to do so, please feel free to contact me directly so that I can look into this further. Kind regards, Kellie Williams-Jauvel Head of Dispute Resolution Morr & Co LLP

Morr & Co. delivers more...much more.

Greetings Katie & Woodrow, I trust this finds you both very well. This is late in coming but I guess I wanted to wait until you got paid before sending this. I just want to say a huge Thank You, to the both of you and your Team, for everything that you did to represent my sister and I. You did so much, that to you, may have been de rigueur, but to me was huge in calming me & letting me know that we were in safe hands. Your attention to detail, keeping us in the loop, fully apprising us of every upcoming wrinkle & curve ball, was always reassuring. Even when you had to give us the potential downsides to any decision that had to be made, you were patient, didn't seem to mind explaining & re-explaining, and clarifying any worries & concerns that we had. Even when some of the sessions seemed as if they were turning into venting & counselling sessions, you were unfazed and managed to steer us gently back on track. Your expertise, skill, overarching knowledge, kindness, candour & humour, helped us all navigate this crazy situation through to its end. Because of you, it is now finished. And with a better than desired outcome. Thank you so very much. I wish you continued success in all your endeavours and may peace & joy encompass you & yours. Best regards, Lennox Brown
