Megan Scott

We recently used Glover Priest to assist with the sale of our parents house following them passing away. We used them as my parents had used them to hold their wills so thought it would make sense to keep it with them. Also they are local to us so hoped it would make it easier when we needed to attend for anything. We would have preferred things to be done the old fashioned way with forms filled out by hand because some of the party were not tech savvy which caused a few issues. Also every email received was from different people not just the one person dealing with it. So when we did call to speak to that person someone else took the call and said they were able to do it so it all got a bit confusing as to who was dealing with our case. We felt like we had to do a lot of the paperwork online. Would rather have attended so the solicitor could fill stuff out correctly for us.
