I undertake a broad variety of property litigation and dispute resolution work, approaching issues in a pragmatic and commercial manner, and always seeking to achieve the best possible solutions for clients. Prior to commencing my training contract, I worked in the banking industry, alongside undertaking my undergraduate degree at Swansea University and a master’s degree at Cardiff University (attaining both first-class and distinctions in my degrees). Both from and based in Swansea, I am also committee member for the Swansea and District Junior Lawyers Division which is dedicated to providing assistance to local junior lawyers in their future careers. In my spare time, I enjoy running, and I am undertaking a renovation of my house, learning some serious DIY along the way (albeit slower than I would like).

    Monies loaned to flat for roof

    Father in law had just passed away and the People in the other flats who we had made a loan to for the roof were being obstructive and abusive. Not wanting to pay. This was a nightmare, Kerien took this on for us and did a marvellous job.Took the pressure off us, was supportive, kept us updated and was a lovely person to deal with.Would certainly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.
