I am an Associate Solicitor in the General Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation team. I undertook my training at a large regional firm, qualifying into a highly ranked Property Litigation team, before joining Redkite in 2023. I undertake a broad variety of property litigation and dispute resolution work, approaching issues in a pragmatic and commercial manner, and always seeking to achieve the best possible solutions for clients. These include: Commercial possession and dilapidations claims Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewal claims Insolvency issues surrounding property Squatters Building disputes Adverse possession Boundary disputes Negotiations for the release of covenants and easements Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 claims Statutory residential lease extensions Proprietary estoppel and constructive trust claims Debt recovery Consumer Disputes Professional Negligence Enforcement I have been responsible for the conduct of cases throughout the County Courts, High Court, Senior Courts Costs Office and Tribunals. Both from and located in Swansea, I am also committee member for the Swansea and District Junior Lawyers Division. I also sit on the Board of Practitioners for Swansea University School of Law and I am a Deputy Regional Lead for the Swansea area. In my spare time, I am usually found training for a Hyrox, a long-distance race, or some other event I usually regret signing up for.

    Monies loaned to flat for roof

    Father in law had just passed away and the People in the other flats who we had made a loan to for the roof were being obstructive and abusive. Not wanting to pay. This was a nightmare, Kerien took this on for us and did a marvellous job.Took the pressure off us, was supportive, kept us updated and was a lovely person to deal with.Would certainly recommend and would not hesitate to use again. Thank you
