    Purchase of Reirement Apartment

    We were recommended to Yvonne Kellow to do the conveyancing on our difficult and complicated purchase of a retirement apartment. From the start Yvonne was very very professional in giving us the advice and help we needed. Througout this purchsse we were able to always speak to either Yvonne or her fantastic efficient Secretary Catherine Colridge. Nothing we asked advice on was too much trouble for either of them to answer. We have dealt with msny solicitors over the years and we found Yvonne and Catherine at WBW Paignton to be the best we have ever exlperienced. They sre a credit to this firm and we cannot oraise them enough. We sre now intending to use the firm again for a renewal Will. We would certainly recommend Yvonne, Cathetine and WBW Solicitors to anyone.

    remortgage with a day to spare on mortgage offer

    Yvonne and Catherine have again done a sterling job on the remortgage of a buy to let , land registry held things up , but the team pulled out the stops and got every thing sorted with a day to spare , cant thank them enough keep up the great work cheers james and Maria

    Excellent service with difficult purchase and sale

    Fantastic service received from Yvonne, Catherine and colleagues regarding the sale of our existing and purchase of a new property. Both difficult cases for different reasons, handled with professionalism throughout. Yvonne, Catherine and the team were always approachable, friendly and communicative, which made a difficult process so much easier from our perspective. Highly recommend!
