Absolutely disgraceful service .
Absolutely disgraceful service . Asked the question before we proceeded with
There services could they sort out are problem quickly and efficiently. They told us it would take maximum of six months and maximum of £2500.00. We are now in are eleventh month and approx £4500.00 ( which has been paid up to date) At the end of April 2020 they informed us that there hourly rate was increasing by £15 per hour and even back dated this to the beginning of April.???? Seems to be a licence to print money especially now they are asking for money upfront before they carry on with are case ??? Also we have
Made a complaint on line previously and have yet to receive acknowledgement
Of this??? Finally we have made numerous calls to there office to see how are
Case is progressing and we have had no reply .
