Lisa specialises in all aspects of Residential Property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, lease amendments (otherwise known as Deed of Variation), collective enfranchisements and formation of Management Companies. Prior to joining our Property Department, Lisa worked at a local law firm for 8 years and two law firms in Plymouth for 2 and a half years. Before training as a Solicitor, she studied Psychology at the University of Surrey and graduated in 1998. She changed career in 2009 and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Plymouth University. Lisa qualified as a Solicitor in 2016, having trained at a local law firm. Lisa is friendly and approachable and she has had many repeat clients as a result, along with personal recommendations. In her spare time Lisa enjoys travelling with her partner, the beach, reading thrillers and socialising with friends.

Professional services with excellent staff

Buying a house is very stressful, but I found working with Lisa Wilcock at WBW a very pleasant experience who was very professional staff and worked beyond the call of duty. Very impressive.
