The warmth, efficiency and in-depth communication from the Kidwells team during a re-financing project in 2025 made them the only solicitors I use for my projects moving forward. I was six month pregnant when Michael took my case and him and his team made things as easy as possible for me and got me the best possible outcome in court. He explained everything to me clearly so I would understand and was always happy to talk over email or phone to discuss any worries I had. Not only is Michael the best at what he does he is a genuinely a very nice man.

Tianna is currently supporting us through buying a property in Bristol. She is incredibly professional & supportive and her communication level is exceeeding expectations. I'm giving 5 Stars because that is the maximum available. If there is a gold standard in legal practice, this firm has got it locked down. Everytime I called the phone was answered, nothing was too much for them and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure we met our deadline. I was kept informed every step of the way despite how very busy an excellent firm like this must be. Maddie Bishop was recommended by a colleague who had used the firm before. Maddie was nothing short of amazing and I would recommend her to anyone that asks, without reservation.
Michael was very helpful, giving me thoughtful, cautionary and free advice despite it being after office hours on a Friday evening. It was just what I needed to clarify how to proceed.
Rang this solicitors at 8:05 on a bank holiday Monday on a chance, to actually have a phone call answered by Michael. Very informative chap, gave me half and hour of his time to help as best as he could with a small claims issue I had. Will definitely use this in the future if I ever need.
