Michael Horne, of Kidwells, will empower you and allay your fears, talking in plain English and cutting the bull. So many Solicitors are stuffy and aim to charge you money, straight off the bat, but they don’t realise that customers need to build trust with purveyors of services. Kidwells are professional and amenable, and it was a pleasure talking to Michael at, what was a stressful time for me, I wholeheartedly recommended them - they inspire confidence and get the job done.

Today I had occasion to contact Michael Horne of Kidwells Solicitors(Bristol), as I was so incensed at receiving a debt collection notice for an offense committed at Bristol airport of stopping momentarily on red lines. Two parking charges were raised by the private company in charge of overseeing the airport. I was in dispute with the company and wrote two letters explaining the situation. I received a reply to one charge rejecting my reasons for non payment so I decided to pay this. However, I never received a reply for the second charge either confirming the charge or laying it aside. The debt collection agency when phoned, said a letter had been sent out via the Post Office, but we had never received this letter. We were told that until paid this debt would incur daily charges, at this point I contacted Kidwells. Speaking about the offences in question Michael Horne was very helpful in explaining that under law , two offences had been committed and although we could proceed with fighting this in court, the costs if we were not successful would far outweigh the debt that had been incurred. He gave this advice freely and did not seek any recompense, and wished us well with our proceedings. For this, I thank him, and for the understanding way he treated our complaint. I would thoroughly recommend Kidwells, Bristol from our experience and will certainlyuse them if needed in the future.

Having been turned away by 3 big solicitor firms in Hereford based on Broad Street, one of which had been my Uncles solicitor for many years, (they refused to help him to witness his signature on a Court of Protection document). I was incredibly grateful, and relieved, to finally receive professional and courteous service from Kidwells Solicitors. We got an appointment on the day that I first contacted them. Everyone was very polite and treated us respectfully, which should not be a surprise, but it was after the dealings we had with the other 3 solicitors offices. The Kidwells Solicitors offices are easy to find, just outside Hereford on the Industrial Estate. Parking is easy, and close to the offices, which are on the ground floor, easily accessible for my uncle who has mobility issues. Michael Horne was patient with us, and took time, being very kind and understanding. I don't usually write reviews - but sometimes you meet someone who deserves recognition and praise for how professionally they conduct themselves. Mr Horne will now be our go to solicitor for everything. Thank you for restoring our faith that day and helping us with what was a simple matter, but had caused my elderly Uncle a great deal of distress.

Tianna is currently supporting us through buying a property in Bristol. She is incredibly professional & supportive and her communication level is exceeeding expectations. We receive a reply often within minutes. She supports her clients and navigates the process with the other solicitors on our behalf to a standard you'd wish for when buying a property. I'm giving 5 Stars because that is the maximum available. If there is a gold standard in legal practice, this firm has got it locked down. Everytime I called the phone was answered, nothing was too much for them and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure we met our deadline. I was kept informed every step of the way despite how very busy an excellent firm like this must be. Maddie Bishop was recommended by a colleague who had used the firm before. Maddie was nothing short of amazing and I would recommend her to anyone that asks, without reservation.
