Kidwells Law Solicitors Limited

Having been turned away by 3 big solicitor firms in Hereford based on Broad Street, one of which had been my Uncles solicitor for many years, (they refused to help him to witness his signature on a Court of Protection document). I was incredibly grateful, and relieved, to finally receive professional and courteous service from Kidwells Solicitors. We got an appointment on the day that I first contacted them. Everyone was very polite and treated us respectfully, which should not be a surprise, but it was after the dealings we had with the other 3 solicitors offices. The Kidwells Solicitors offices are easy to find, just outside Hereford on the Industrial Estate. Parking is easy, and close to the offices, which are on the ground floor, easily accessible for my uncle who has mobility issues. Michael Horne was patient with us, and took time, being very kind and understanding. I don't usually write reviews - but sometimes you meet someone who deserves recognition and praise for how professionally they conduct themselves. Mr Horne will now be our go to solicitor for everything. Thank you for restoring our faith that day and helping us with what was a simple matter, but had caused my elderly Uncle a great deal of distress.

Alan Horne took care of my case during an extremely stressful period after the death of my husband. He was very caring and informative throughout. We had two meetings with Mr Alan Horne, the first to discuss and to instruct him on our wishes. He then explained throroughly the implications of our decisions. He then asked us to go away and discusss together what decision to make. The second meeting was to inform him of our decisions. He then recapped again what he had told us and after a short period of time (15 mins) he drew up the documents, we signed them and had them witnessed by another member of staff. It was a very easy exercise. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed and we would and have recommend the service to others.

So many Solicitors are stuffy and aim to charge you money, straight off the bat, but they don’t realise that customers need to build trust with purveyors of services. Kidwells are professional and amenable, and it was a pleasure talking to Michael at, what was a stressful time for me, I wholeheartedly recommended them - they inspire confidence and get the job done.

Michael helped me with the one of my friends matter. I contacted him because I want to know about a cost for the process, but he advised me you can do yourself as it is a straightforward and easy process
