Argita Berisha acted for me on the sale of a property, she is so efficient and professional, you feel like you're in a safe pair of hands. Between Argita and Izzy everything was dealt with smoothly from start to finish. It's helpful that the fees quoted at the beginning are what you pay at the end. Sophie was attentive, highly knowledgeable, and kind. She kept me fully informed at every stage, and even dropped me a message if ever there was 'radio silence' just to ensure I didn't get worried by the amount of time things were taking. She explained from the very beginning how long claims can take, and we were able to settle in a reasonable time, at a level we were happy with. Roisin was absolutely wonderful throughout what was an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time. She was always available at the end of the phone whenever I needed help or reassurance, and was consistently friendly, compassionate and approachable. She took the time to explain everything clearly as we went through the process, was very open and transparent, and always kept me fully informed about what was happening. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt that I was in safe and caring hands. Roisin truly went above and beyond, and I am extremely grateful for all the support she gave me throughout such a difficult journey. The same can be said for the rest of the team at the practice, who were always incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. We used Louis from RWK for the sale of our house, following a recommendation from our estate agent. Right from the start, Louis was approachable, responsive and helpful. We all know what a difficult process buying and selling a house can be, and ours became particularly challenging, with all sorts of hurdles to navigate. What really stood out for us was Louis’s approach – he brought a refreshingly different feel to the conveyancing process, particularly compared with others involved in the chain. He was organised and proactive, whilst also being friendly, down-to-earth and professional. We always felt we knew what was happening and that he was doing everything he could to keep things moving. We were genuinely very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. We also really liked RWK’s approach of having a paralegal to assist, along with a dedicated completion team to handle the financial side of things. It felt like a really efficient and well-coordinated way of working. A big thank you to Louis, Joshua, Liam and the wider RWK team for getting us to the other side!

I cannot recommend Nicole, Lucy, Izzy and George highly enough for the work they did to help us buy our first home. From the first conversation Nicole was so personable and they are absolutely "on it" when it comes to getting things done. Even when we had a hiccup after our survey, they kept us in the loop the entire time. As first time buyers we really needed a conveyancer who would treat us with patience and kindness having never been through the process before and they went above and beyond. Professional, responsive and actually listened! I contacted RWK Goodman regarding the circumstances surrounding my mother's death and a forthcoming inquest.Although, after considering the information, they ultimately weren't able to represent me in a potential compensation claim, I was very impressed with how my enquiry was handled. Lily Arnold took the time to understand what I was actually asking, came back to me with sensible questions, discussed the matter with a senior colleague and kept me informed throughout. When the firm decided it couldn't take the claim forward, the reasons and next steps were clearly explained and I was pointed towards other sources of assistance. Having contacted several firms, the contrast was noticeable. Some didn't respond at all, while others appeared to make assumptions about what I was seeking or sent fairly standard responses without really engaging with the circumstances. RWK Goodman in contrast, treated a difficult and sensitive enquiry professionally, respectfully and as an individual matter. Although the outcome wasn't the one I might have hoped for, I wouldn't hesitate to approach them again if I needed this type of legal assistance in the future. Five stars for the way they dealt with me and my enquiry.
