Jagoda was very professional and worked very quickly to carry out the work I had asked for, the transfer and re-mortgage of my property was carried out in the timescale I had asked due to other pressing matters that also required completion. Jagoda did a fantastic job handling the conveyancing process on my behalf. I felt very supported throughout, mainly because communication was always timely and clear. As a first time buyer everything felt super daunting and confusing, but the initial documentation I received from the firm was very useful in explaining the process. Definitely recommended!

I have just completed the sale/ purchase of a house and Rebecca Wilkinson undertook the conveyancing. It was at times a problematic sale because of historic issues with the Land Registry. At all times, Rebecca kept me informed, and the momentum of the sale was maintained, despite the difficulties. Amazing experience, explained everything that was going on through the court proceedings. All paper work was on time. All polite and always called if I needed to ask for information or was unsure on something. I would recommend to anyone!

We secured Watkins Solicitors to produce a PAP letter for judicial review. The service was prompt, professional and ensured the local authority made a more timey decision about my child's EHCP.
