I couldn’t recommend Theo enough. He handled my case amazingly and made what was a very difficult and stressful situation feel so much more manageable. Ben, Yatin and the team were extremely helpful and supportive throughout my journey, at a time I felt awful and anxious, they all supported me and made me feel heard and comforted when I had awkward conversations/questions which were hard at times. I was assigned Yatin and Theo as my representatives for a prolonged case. Throughout they were both professional, re assuring and extremely knowledgeable. I had full confidence in these solicitors. Would highly recommend.
Avoid ! Beverly Watkins advised us to accept a non molestation order despite being innocent to save on court fees. I was later falsely accused of breaching the order which has lead to two arrests and 24 hours in a police cell with no charge made, not Beverly’s fault there but I was NOT advised that I wouldn’t be entitled to legal aid having accepting the order through Beverly’s advice. She was aware that I was going to court to try and gain access to my daughter and all of this has hugely gone against me especially with not being able to afford legal representation. I was later advised by separate legal firms that I should never have accepted the order.
Watkins solicitors and in particular Louise Price were excellent in every way. Louise was not only extremely knowledgeable and efficient but personable, kind and supportive throughout what was a difficult time. She gave comfort, confidence and reassurance at all stages and in the court room was a strong, calm and caring guide. She did her job brilliantly and without fault. We would highly recommend Watkins solicitors as a business and also Louise. Thank you.

Watkins Solicitors has represented me in making two Judicial Review (JR) claims against my local authority (LA) now. These claims were focused on challenging the LA's decisions to withhold elements of my child's special education and social care provision. On both occasions, I found Watkins to be highly efficient, very sympathetic, and incredibly well-organised. I was only able to challenge my LA through the JR process because of the Legal Help Scheme and Legal Aid. It is becoming harder to obtain Legal Aid, as many solicitor firms do not offer this form of support. However, Watkins does, and, consequently, I have been able to take on my LA. Without Watkins' support, no doubt my child would still be without his specialist provision and suffering. For my last claim, I dealt with Gregg Burrough, who I highly recommend. He is an incredibly dedicated solicitor, working extremely long hours. His communication skills are excellent and he always replies to my emails immediately. He is so very courteous and understanding. I can't tell you how important it is for families to feel someone has their child's back when they all are feeling so vulnerable and exposed. I unreservedly recommend Watkins Solicitors to anyone seeking legal recourse via Judicial Review when needing to challenge an LA's unlawful decision-making. Watkins have excellent contacts and work alongside some inimitably qualified and experienced barristers. A truly excellent firm!

Words truly aren't enough to say how amazing Celine and the team have been. Celine took on our EHCP appeal from the very start and even when she went on maternity leave, everything was handed over so smoothly to Sophia, who was brilliant and kept everything moving perfectly. Then when Celine came back towards the end, she picked right back up fighting for us like she's never been away. Celine answered every single question I had, always got back to me quickly, sorted every issue straight away, and never, not once gave up. She worked so hard, was professional every step of the way and fought tirelessly to get the right placement for Zak. Thanks to her determination, we secured the independent school placement we needed and the Local Authority conceded 2 weeks before the tribunal date. I honestly don't think we would have got this outcome without Celine, Sophia, Wania and the team. Professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The team at Watkins successfully challenged my son's EHCP and now has a document that better reflects his needs and a place in an appropriate school that will now enable him to flourish.
