    Cherry and with the support of Megan Taylor made this is very easy process in selling a house.     GREAT FROM START TO FINISH AT REASONABLE COST

    Purchased a property in Bleadon and the process was far from straight forward due to the vendor but BRGP Chris Georgiou and Harvey West has handled everything with great precision and was able to smooth the process very well. Was very happy with their service . Highly recommend them

    I would highly recommend them - I see others have written there were delays and little mistakes. But we’re all human after all! They performed a transfer of title and although there were a few little things - there were so many bigger things that they got on with and got right. And it left me feeling relieved and confident that they had sorted those things. Things as a laymen I wouldn’t understand! But they were happy to talk me through it all and answer my mountain of questions. But it gave me a great degree of confidence in them and that they know their trade very well. Highly recommend for sure.

    Used the Winscombe branch as a first time buyer and unsure of the whole process. The good: some employees seemed to try and do a good job, and I get the impression they dot the i's and cross the t's, especially with the last correspondence I didn't know I was expecting. The bad: completion of sale took 12 months. All things considered I would say they caused some delays, but aren't entirely to blame. Made mistakes regarding payable fees, and after defending everything was correct, got back to me with the corrected figures. Sale completed, confirmed everything was complete and I moved into my new home. Received a follow up letter months later advising they had forgotten something and I have more fees to pay. Please accept this review as confirmation I have now received the schedule of deeds approximately 42 months after initiating purchase and 30 months after completion. I only hope the job has indeed been done correctly when it comes to sell the property.

    Good experience when BRGP recently acted for us on sale/purchase of property. Clearly a very busy time for all involved in the property market with the stamp duty holiday but we were all done in 8 weeks - couldn't believe it. Phone contact was minimal but BRGP were typically very responsive to emails. Particular thanks to Lynn and Heather who were fantastic throughout. Reasonably priced - would recommend

    A shambles of a service, A house transaction now been going on since beginning of January and they have left everything to do until the very last week of deadline 4-5 months down the line and now could be all off but thats ok for them they still get paid.Avoid at all costs.

      Peace of mind

      My case is still ongoing, however, I feel compelled to share a review already, as someone who is extremely worried about my circumstances, I turned up to court a nervous wreck, Ms Vaughn not only managed to show her knowledge of the law in my case and put it to good use and offer valuable advise, she had a very soft human side to her, and quickly put my nerves to rest, making an uncomfortable day in court seem a lot less unpleasant than it perhaps could have been. With Ms Vaughn by my side, I felt I had someone who really cares fighting my corner, not just someone I have paid a fee to, going through the motions. There's a long road ahead, but with Ms Vaughn by my side, I know that whatever the outcome, I have the best chance with her by my side.
