Redundancy Package Guidance
I recently used the services of BP Collins in relation to my redundancy, with Alanis Shaylor overseeing my case, assisted by Jack Britnell. From the outset, Jack was very quick to respond to my messages. His professional, friendly and informative manner gave me confidence in choosing BP Collins. He made the process feel smooth and comfortable and was always available to guide me through the initial stages. My case was then handled by Alanis, who was extremely polite, professional and approachable. From our initial conversation, Alanis was very thorough in explaining the process and the relevant legal terminology. She explained everything in a clear and user-friendly way, which made it easy for me to understand, particularly when dealing with areas that were completely unfamiliar to me. Alanis provided all the clarity and reassurance I needed throughout the process. She was also excellent at identifying areas that required further information and was proactive in requesting additional details from my previous employer. I felt that both Alanis and Jack genuinely took the time to understand my situation and provided excellent support throughout what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience.
