Genuinely outstanding service for a property sale. Team led by Caroline, with assistance from Niki whilst she was away, as well as others in her support team. Very prompt responses and turn around, helpful comments, extremely efficient. Completely at odds with my other recent experiences of property transactions with other firms. This company epitomises what everyone says about lawyers. 4 years to manage the closure of my grandfather's estate. 50k of costs.. The lawyer in charge was on holiday more than he was in the office. Months would go by with absolutely nothing happening. No communication. Completely disorganised. Even now waiting on a final payment and they've decided they need to chase around for everyone's telephone numbers even though they've been given them on a number of occasions. Disaster. I, personally, will never use them for anything!
