Ale has been kind, compassionate, communicative, helpful, thorough, thoughtful, understanding, humourous , just a delight to work with throughout this - at times - stressful process. She's dealt calmly with any difficulties that have arisen from the other teams of solicitors. Most of all there has been excellent communication - she has been on the other end of the phone whenever we have needed and has instigated online Teams meetings to catch up. Have just completed on a land purchase where Shabnum's professionalism ,speed and ability shone through.Any queries were answered very swiftly and usually within 24 hours. Probably the best experience from any transaction we have done.She also arranged to meet us at the office closest to us to arrange the signing which was also extremely helpful. Cannot say enough good things about her and would be my go to for whatever transaction is next.
