My wife and I met with Kirsti and set out what we wanted in our wills and who we wanted to Act as Power of Attorneys. Kirsti detailed exactly our wishes and presented copies of all documents at our second meeting where we were happy to sign off on these as Kirsti had captured everything that we had asked her to do. We had sight of the docs for amendment at home prior to the second meeting and one very minor detail apart we were happy.

I had a very positive experience with Heald Solicitors, especially Kirsti Edmead. Kirsti was patient, professional and took the time to explain all the available options clearly. She answered my questions promptly and made several amendments to my Will to ensure it reflected exactly what I wanted, without ever putting pressure on me to choose a more complicated or expensive arrangement. The whole process was well organised, communication was excellent, and I felt listened to throughout. I also appreciated the flexibility shown while I was preparing for medical treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend Heald Solicitors to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy Will writing services.

Very disappointing, I would not recommend, Very, no extremely slow to make any correspondence, they have held onto my father's estate for over 19 months and still waiting for them to distribute it, making our grieving process even longer, unable to move forward, very sad.

Our sale was efficiently managed by Lauren England. The process was very straightforward and if we had any queries along the way, Lauren was always available to answer our call. Emails were replied to promptly. We had a few issues with the buyer's solicitor which were handled with great professionalism and firmness and Lauren steered the sale to a successful conclusion taking just ten weeks. We were incredibly stressed selling our family home, but Lauren made the experience so much easier. When we were getting conveyancing quotes Heald Law were not the cheapest, but we decided that were professional services were concerned regarding such an important life event, cheap was not the way to go and we are extremely glad that we chose this company. We will be using them for our future house purchase.

I worked with Ale to do the conveyancing on a new property - both Ale and the team were fantastic. Ale made the whole process seamless and she was always available to answer questions. Her attention to detail meant that errors in my mortgage application were caught early in the process and were rectified before they caused issues further down the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending and/or working with the Ale and the team at Heald again in the future.

This was our first time using Heald and they were responsive which is one of the most important things when selling a property. We had the pleasure of dealing with Alejandra (Ale) who made the whole process less stressful and was always available to talk to and discuss and issues.
