She answered my questions promptly and made several amendments to my Will to ensure it reflected exactly what I wanted, without ever putting pressure on me to choose a more complicated or expensive arrangement. The whole process was well organised, communication was excellent, and I felt listened to throughout. I also appreciated the flexibility shown while I was preparing for medical treatment. Very disappointing, I would not recommend, Very, no extremely slow to make any correspondence, they have held onto my father's estate for over 19 months and still waiting for them to distribute it, making our grieving process even longer, unable to move forward, very sad.

Having been plunged in at the deep end I was handed Healds contact details by a colleague who had used the firm for "40 years".
