First class service received from Gavin Edmondson's. Would recommend
Unmarried dispute over family home I was recommended Gavin Edmondson Solicitors by a family friend who had used them before and had a good experience… I contacted them while going through a really stressful dispute with my ex over a family home and a TOLATA claim. I’d already spoken to a couple of other solicitors but I was still feeling quite overwhelmed and unsure what to do… I spoke to Mr Edmondson personally and he was really calm.. friendly and easy to talk to. He took the time to listen properly and didn’t rush me at all. He gave me clear honest legal advice and explained everything in a way that made it a lot easier to understand. Compared to others I spoke to… he definitely stood out and made me feel a lot more reassured about everything and where I stood legally. Lisa and Kevin were also really helpful throughout. Lisa was always kind and quick to respond to emails and calls and kept me updated which really helped reduce my stress. Kevin was also supportive and helped whenever I needed anything clarified. The communication from them was really good. I’m really glad I contacted them. They helped me through a very stressful situation and made everything feel much more manageable. I wrote the below review the first time we used Gavin Edmondson Solicitors a couple of years ago, but I wanted to add to it as we have just had a really difficult legal situation where we didn't know where to start. Gavin has been a complete blessing, a rock in fact, and we are actually in awe of his amazing talent as a first class solicitor; he has been an invaluable help and we don't know how we could possibly have managed without him. Also, our case handler, William Parsons, has been brilliant too, leaving no stone unturned and being completely dependable and supportive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gavin and William as a formidable team to fight your legal battles and we cannot thank them for enough for everything! My husband and I highly recommend Gavin Edmondson Solicitors. We were immediately put at ease as we liked how Gavin was not sitting opposite us, over a big desk like a headmaster, but his office was arranged in an open and friendly way. We were very impressed by Gavin’s approach, we felt that we could trust him from the outset and that he was very knowledgeable. He spelled out our situation incredibly well and ensured that we knew exactly what we would be getting into – and the risks / benefits of our case. Gavin was patient, answered all of our questions and explained everything so that we could afterwards make an informed, sensible decision about the best way forward, without making foolish mistakes. Although we initially booked an hour of Gavin’s time, he took care to spend as long as necessary so that we understood our position. I had a really bad injury at work & after trying a big solicitors in Chester who didn't have a clue of the Building trade, of which I am in. I rang Gavin Edmondson Solicitors of Nothwich, I spoke to several of his staff and Gavin himself. He assigned me Rob Timewell who was brilliant for my Personal Injury Claim, he was very thorough and always on the phone advising me and giving information and just telling me how everything was going in general, Rob helped me a lot and my case was settled out of Court, so it was a win all round and the check was straight in my Account.
