The team were great and very proactive and responsive. They facilitated a very quick turnaround on completion with this being required for a very tight deadline. The only hiccup was on completion when they told the onward solicitors that they would be transferring a lesser amount than anticipated, meaning I was required to pay an additional several thousand on completion day with no warning. This then turned out to be an error and I had to arrange and wait for the amount to be refunded.

There were some issues with onboarding in my conveyancing that were resolved. Following this I had an excellent experience where the process was always explained to me. I felt very supported throughout and had confidence in Sarah, acting in my best interests. I was also impressed with Nicola, who assisted Sarah in my case.
