    Rothera Bray were professional and timely in dealing with the sale of my house. I live abroad and they had the systems in place for me to deal with the majority of legal documents securely online.     Excellent service

    I have used Rotheras for various purposes over the years, from notary to litigation. On this occasion I was buying a flat and required their services for conveyancing. I worked with Sara Odedra from the Leicester office and couldn't be more pleased. Sara was professional and knowledgeable. The vendors side was challenging, but Sara kept on top of the case and we completed just in time. I was very happy with the service provided and will be coming back to Sara when I remortgage. I will continue to use Rothera Bray when I require legal services and assistance.

    Very poor service

    We recently bought a house in Nottingham and Rotheras were hired to be our solicitors- recommended by the estate agent. Our purchase is now complete but we are now finding several key documents are missing or expired. Every time we requested for information, it took atleast 8-10 days for response and usually the response was that they have done a ‘postman’ job of asking the sellers solicitors. We now have a house but the documents are invalid or missing Do not use them
