We have just completed on a house sale and purchase that presented lots of separate issues so was a stressful time. Isobel was extremely communicative from the start, she explained everything to us every step of the way. Other solicitors we have used previously we have had to constantly chase for updates, which is probably the most frustrating part, the not knowing! With Isobel, even though there were issues we were kept informed so we were not in the dark or left wondering! Nothing was too much trouble, the phone calls were always āIm here to helpā and we were able to go over to the office for signatures to expedite things so super convenient! Ive already recommended to several people and wanted to leave a review also so other people can read! If communication and efficiency are top of your list, Isobel should be your choice! How it SHOULD be done Ellie Louise was recommended to us as a professional who could guide us through the legal process of arranging a mortgage. From the start, we were impressed by Ellie's no-nonsense approach, including picking up the phone when we needed to check something. The whole process was completed quickly and smoothly, thanks in no small part to her willingness to explain any points of concern and put minds at rest. We found her approach both refreshing and reassuring in equal measure. No delays, no faff. Just straightforward and easy to follow. Just as it should be. Our experience of dealing with the legal profession in property matters has not always been a positive one. But Ellie has definitely restored our faith and we would recommend her as an example of how this legal stuff should be done.
