Highly recommend- Louise Burn Solicitor
After months of negotiations involving the legal process of a transfer of equity, loss of two buyers and my husbands medical emergency as we were close to exchange, I can only feel gratitude, appreciation and relief for Louise in her expertise and guidance through what was a very tumulus selling and buying experience. We have relocated as retirees to rural Somerset which is an undertaking in itself after living in Bournemouth a lifetime and in the same property for 18 years. Louise always returned prompt reply’s to emails and returned with a phone call to gather more information or check in as needed - no stone was left unturned! On our competition day we arrived having hired a three day removal service to find our seller in disorganised chaos ! Louise was at the end of the phone to advise and reassure and then called a few days later to check - in and see how I was. I cannot recommend highly enough- you will be in very reliable, trustworthy , safe hands with Louise. Thank you Louise.

Clare and her able assistant Marie were so helpful to my wife and I who were Executors of a very detailed and complex will. My experience with Alexandra Kirkpatrick as my solicitor when selling my first property was excellent. Alex asked if I had any needs and I said I had aniexty, and since that point Alex made the stressful journey of selling extremely bearable and easy. The prompt responses to my emails and speed/efficiency was faultless. I highly recommend if you’re looking to buy/sell a property to engage with Alexandra, for she will not only make a stressful time manageable.
