I had an initial discussion with a solicitor about my legal issues in a claim I was taking as a litigant in person. Britton & Time were very quick to respond to my initial enquiry, with a meeting set up with Patrick Rusk within a week of my enquiry. Patrick was easy to talk to and gave very sensible advice in relation to my issues, and the cost seemed very reasonable for the amount of time we were in consultation. Would definitely use again.

I felt the 2 Solicitors talking to me had listened, understood and valued me during our meeting, the other solicitor listened and, I thought, had taken several pages of notes. I left feeling certain they can help me to gain justice. I then waited for the details, time and potential cost and link to agree a contract. I got a brief few lines of a summary of one item discussed in our 90 minute meeting, from a person I had not met, which was not clear for the instruction I wanted. I asked 3 yes/no questions to clarify the work I had described had been agreed or not, and was then asked again how I want to proceed. I then emailed the detailed instructions to once again clarify that the problems and to ensure they were understood, and then told I needed to pay to get a letter with more advice for the situations I wanted clarified. I had explained my financial situation, and the reasons, before the meeting and was told I must pay for the initial meeting and my request to pay when I get my inheritance could be considered. I borrowed money for this one meeting and I am still waiting for clarification that my whole situation is understood, potential cost and how to pay before the problem is solved. It is unfair to then send 3 requests insisting I give a review that can only be based on an initial consultation only and not enough options below to describe how I feel at the state of UK Law and Justice at this moment in time.

Rojin helped me multiple times . Offered comprehensive advice and helped me resolve difficult situations. I am ever so grateful

I would advise against using this Solicitors, they charged me for mistakes made and then again to rectify them. When I decided the service wasn't good enough and that I wanted to go elsewhere they started putting excessive pressure on me and making up new charges, extortionate! They made an already upsetting and stressful time even more difficult for me.

Right from my 1st interaction with Morgan in client care who then got me Rojin. Morgan was friendly and approachable in a difficult time. Rojin our solitor won the case and was supportive, tenacious, hard working and just brilliant throughout. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at her job! Worth every penny and honestly hope never to need her again but if I did want someone fighting tooth and nail for me it would be her! Thank you to the whole team involved.

I had a really bad experience with this firm. My initial enquiry was dealt with my an intern who wanted to arrange a phone meeting with a partner once they had gathered all of the information which I provided to them. I specifically requested that the partner read the documentation that was provided in order to conduct an efficient telephone meeting which enable them to provide specific advice relating to my case. My request was agreeable to the intern but this failed to materialise. It was evident during the telephone call that Sophie had not read the information and she proceeded to use the allotted time to read snippets of it and provide generic advice which was of no use to me. When I complained the same partner dealt with the complaint which was a conflict of interest. She failed to uphold my complaint. I would avoid instructing this form for reasons laid out above.
