Following the passing of our mother, my family and I instructed Umar Khan FCCA, Senior Estate Planner at Farani Taylor Solicitors, to handle the probate and administration of her estate. Having recently obtained the Grant of Probate, I would like to recognise the exceptional service we have received. Umar combines deep technical knowledge of probate, inheritance tax and estate administration with a meticulous, methodical approach. He explained complex legal and financial processes with clarity and patience, and his sound judgement and attention to detail have been invaluable. Just as importantly, he understood the human side of the work. Dealing with the legal responsibilities of an estate while grieving is difficult, and Umar was compassionate, courteous and respectful throughout, so our family felt supported and treated with dignity. He was always responsive to our questions. Although parts of the administration are still ongoing, we are extremely grateful for his guidance. I would recommend Umar Khan without hesitation to anyone seeking first-class expertise in probate, estate planning or estate administration.

My partner and I went through a very difficult and stressful time, and at one stage we truly feared we might not be able to stay together. Emotionally, it was extremely hard for us as a couple. Although we live in bolton , far from London, and many people advised us not to use a London‑based firm, we chose farani tailor solicitors because of their strong reputation and it was the best decision we made. Specially Mr.ali mahato showed genuine care, professionalism and commitment to our case. They guided us step by step, kept us informed, and most importantly, helped us stay together. Distance was never an issue, and communication was excellent throughout. We are deeply grateful to Mr ali mahato for his support, reassurance, and expertise. We will always remember the role this firm played in bringing peace and happiness back into our lives. Highly recommended to anyone going through a challenging immigration matter.

Please know that the team at SAJJAD HUSSAIN and ERCEN saved my marriage and ensured that my children will be happy with their parents, just as they deserve. May God bless you abundantly🙏🏾🤍
