I have been dealing with RWK for a while now specifically Simon Elliman. The knowledge, support and help we have had is next to none. It's been been made a lot easier with his attention to detail, asking of the right questions and general easiness to approach for anything you need clarification on. I know I couldn't have made a claim without them and their support. RWK also let you be part of the meetings where you can and let you have a input into them. We were recommended to use RWK Goodman by the Estate Agents we instructed to sell my late mothers flat and were delighted with the excellent, friendly and efficient service they provided. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to make contact easily via whatever method we chose, a refreshing change from companies making it almost impossible to speak to a real person and trying to get you to do everything via a web site or similar. So, in summary, a great service from start to finish and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending RWK Goodman.
