Everyone at Streathers were knowledgeable and helpful with the whole massive process of buying a property (for the first time) and in particular our solicitor Akaliya Balakrishna who was always communicative and efficient as well as, we felt, having our best interests at the forefront of it all. Even when reaching the painful moments of the process she explained everything happening clearly, helped put our nerves at ease and always answered our questions. Compared to others we know, it all ended up on the shorter end of time scale as well.

Gregory Ostroff provided outstanding legal advice in a dispute with our former landlord over the return of a substantial deposit at the end of a ten-year commercial lease. What particularly impressed me was his excellent judgement and strategic approach. He knew exactly how and when to escalate the pressure on the landlord, while carefully avoiding unnecessary legal costs and the risk of being drawn into expensive litigation. Throughout the process, he demonstrated an exceptional ability to assess the situation, anticipate the landlord’s response and determine the most effective course of action.
