I would not have been prepared enough to represent myself (for sure) Firstly - Calm, yet straight talking advice. Time constraints were an issue. ( to say the least) But it didn't phase them. I had fantastic phone council to help me to prepare and get all paperwork I needed. -He also took his time to listen, I am very greatfull for that. Court was scary, but the teams solicitor talked me through my options before hand. I felt more confident and comfortable with him by my side. I truly hope I will not need you again, but thank you for your efficient, quick, kind and calming support. Wishing you all the best.

Having dealt with Ethan and Jack at Hammond Trotter, the process of dealing with a Single Justice Procedure was very straight forward with excellent clear and action oriented communication throughout. Jack: Jack was brilliant, he answered all of my initial questions,, he was very thorough with gathering all information for the case in a non judgemental professional manner, he replied to any emails quickly. My hearing was on Monday, Jack gave me a courtesy call before leaving the office on Friday evening to let me know what court room I would be in and what time it was listed for which I thought was a really nice thing to do. He let me know he wa sin the office from 9am on the Monday morning if I had any last minute questions or worries I could reach out to him, which again was a lovely thing to do it really showed this company care about their clients. Jack really made me feel like I would be in good hands. No matter how many questions I asked nothing was ever too much for him. He was helpful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Philip: Philip was the solicitor representing me- he was absolutely fantastic! I cannot express how much he eased my nerves and how understanding he was. He made me feel heard, relaxed and above all like I was a person not just a number. Philip really knows his stuff, and his professionalism cannot be faulted. On top of all of that Philip is also a really lovely guy. I cannot fault Philip at all, he was kind, polite, understanding, professional, full of knowledge, and kept me informed of what to expect for every step of the day during the day. I highly recommend these. As mentioned I cannot fault them at all. Thanks to these I escaped a driving disqualification and still have my license. These are definitely the people to go. A big thank you again Jack and Philip.
