I would like to firstly say a huge thank you to Juliet! From the moment we first spoke to Juliet, we were reassured that our tricky house sales and purchase was going to be absolutely fine. This was true! Juliet dealt with every matter professionally and very prompt. We felt properly represented by Juliet and completely in safe hands. As things were very complicated throughout, we were able to communicate with Juliet via email and phone anytime we needed to. This was a big thing for us, as we are not very clued up on the buying and selling “ legalities”. So having that communication was super important.
Thank you so much Juliet, you are amazing. You will be highly reccomended by us, and most definitely used again in the future.. hopefully not too soon though!!

Got in touch with Rubin Lewis O'brien regarding a house purchase - as a mortgage wasn't required, the whole process was expedited and I must say they were under quite a lot of timescale pressure via the chain. Juliet got everything over the line before the target dates, they were communicative throughout and provided us with sound advice. I'd absolutely recommend!

Louise Williams and Sally Parsonage were outstanding in their efforts, attention to detail and response speed, in a challenging sale. There were a number of buyer issues and all parties chose to blame each other, however I am pleased to say no blame lay with Rubin Lewis O'Brien and as a result of the high level of professionalism and diligence, the sale finally concluded.
