I had to chase repeatedly and felt that I had been forgotten about. The Land Registry changed the name on the property in November: my solicitor informed me of this in February. Have changed solicitor.

Over the last 3.5 myself and my brother have sadly lost both of our parents. Sadly due to their lack of forward and future planning we were left with sorting their affairs out. As a family what was a very difficult and traumatic experience to endure was made easier by their professional approach to helping.
