They were executors for my late father’s will. We found them very slow and uncommunicative.

Used them twice for trust and will. Slight hiccup on 2nd visit due to prolonged telephone conference with court. Tom took over excellently. Wouldn't hesitate to use again for any legal advice.

The process of selling a property from the estate of my mother with RLO was straight forward. It was all done remotely as I live some distance from the offices. I found reading some of the long documents using the app was problematic, like reading them through a letterbox, but this may have been my PC. However, the team kindly sent me electronic versions of the documents by email. Paul and Lana were good at responding to my email queries. Good value for money.

Lily Rafter-Ambrosen handled the sale of a house for us following a bereavement. She promised to make sure that everything would proceed efficiently and effectively, and that is precisely what she did.

Having recently gone through the loss of our mother I can honestly say I had no idea what being an Executor actually involves!! The complexity involved in winding up an Estate and dealing with the Probate, especially when other beneficiaries live some distance away (in our case overseas!) is particularly difficult. As appointed Executors for our mother’s Will, Damian and Danielle dealt with the phenomenal amount of paperwork, time consuming calls to utility suppliers, government departments and sorting out outstanding bills while we were able to cope with the emotional upset of losing our beloved mother. I am so incredibly grateful that I did not have to manage all this administration on top of everything else, and I really cannot thank the RLO team enough – you were a godsend at a particularly difficult time.
