Rachel was very supportive and helpful at a time when I was feeling quite distressed about what had happened to me. She listened to me and sought my advice about the employer to help present the best possible case. Her advice was clear and I was confident in her approach. We got the outcome we sought although the employer was mean with regard to paying my legal fees. I ended up paying DPH more than I expected due to the employer making changes and causing delays. However Rachel was open and honest with me from the start and did an excellent job so I was happy with the overall outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DPH, Rachel Evans in particular.

This company handled my employment claim. They were good, the only thing I will say is that they could have pushed for more money than I got, they left a gap of about 2 weeks where they didn't do anything, that is the time I think they could have pushed for more but they left it until he day before the deadline. Dissapointed at this outcome.
