We used Phillips Law Solicitors for the purchase of our first home and Az was brilliant from start to finish. We had heard horror stories from other people about solicitors being difficult to get hold of and unhelpful, but our experience was the complete opposite with Phillips Law. The communication was fantastic - our emails were replied to promptly (always same day, and often within the hour!) and the guidance we received was friendly and very helpful. The process of purchasing a home is stressful and unpredictable, but Az resolved any issue we had and provided reassurance throughout the process. We would highly recommend and will happily use Phillips Law again in the future.

As a first time buyer I didn’t know what I was getting myself into however, I would personally recommend Lauren to anyone that is looking to purchase a house. I have just recently purchased my 1st home and used Lauren as our solicitor. Lauren took all the stress away us and was very thorough with the searches. I was able to contact and communicate with her regards to any updates regarding our property. Lauren’s responses were second to none I highly recommend Lauren as she was very professional from start to finish.

We had a house sale that was never registered. Jamie and Amy provided instructions to get everything needed to complete. Even helping us save costs from the buyer requests. A+ service will use again when we buy our next home.

Lauren was professional from the start and continued with that professionalism until the end. We were always able to contact her and her response time was second to none. Our sale was quite difficult but Lauren soldiered on again and again and it all come to fruition in the end. Both sets of Estate Agents stated that they wished all conveyancing was as easy as dealing with Lauren - they could not praise her professionalism enough. We would highly recommend Lauren to anybody looking to buy/sell a property and want to feel that they actually matter. Well done Lauren.
