I completed an online enquiry, asking for advice on a commercial dispute, within the hour Michael responded via email with his initial feedback. Following a couple more emails for clarity, Michael took the initiative to call me personally and to explain where he felt I stood legally, based on the information I had provided. This showed me that he and his business is genuine and that he truly cares about helping people in need. The passion that Michael has for his business and being able to help people, came across very clearly to me, this is certainly a company that I would recommend to anyone needing this service.

Having called them I was connected with Michael within minutes and following a friendly, down to earth conversation with him, had the advice and information I required. Given my circumstances of being totally ‘ripped off’ in a vehicle purchase, I was extremely worried about the costs involved with speaking to a solicitor. Simply not the case!! Sound, frank, down to earth, no nonsense advice from Michael; No charge, given links to Civil Action without hesitation or ‘sales pitch!’ I would highly recommend a phone call in any situation with Kidwell Solicitors... I would like to thank Michael Horne at Kidwells for speaking to me for over 20 minutes this evening. Not only did he offer excellent advice and support regarding my options for potential pre-court, legal correspondence and litigation action, but he made me feel at ease and reassured during our conversation. His understanding of the various complex issues pertaining to my case(s) was thorough despite the issues relating to multiple areas of law. I now have a clear direction to follow and would recommend anyone seeking legal advice to speak to Michael in the first instance. I/we have sought legal counsel from at least four different solicitors pertainung to this case, but none had offered such a direct and detailed solution to suit our circumstances. Additionally, rather than seeking as much financial reimbursement as possible as other legal advisors have done, Michael was more concerned about my next steps and ensuring I had the right independent advice to move forward with my legal position. Today I had occasion to contact Michael Horne of Kidwells Solicitors(Bristol), as I was so incensed at receiving a debt collection notice for an offense committed at Bristol airport of stopping momentarily on red lines. Two parking charges were raised by the private company in charge of overseeing the airport. I was in dispute with the company and wrote two letters explaining the situation. I received a reply to one charge rejecting my reasons for non payment so I decided to pay this. However, I never received a reply for the second charge either confirming the charge or laying it aside. The debt collection agency when phoned, said a letter had been sent out via the Post Office, but we had never received this letter. We were told that until paid this debt would incur daily charges, at this point I contacted Kidwells. Speaking about the offences in question Michael Horne was very helpful in explaining that under law , two offences had been committed and although we could proceed with fighting this in court, the costs if we were not successful would far outweigh the debt that had been incurred. He gave this advice freely and did not seek any recompense, and wished us well with our proceedings. For this, I thank him, and for the understanding way he treated our complaint. I would thoroughly recommend Kidwells, Bristol from our experience and will certainlyuse them if needed in the future.

I contacted Michael Horne, Solicitor earlier today via the internet. Michael called me back soon afterwards. I explained to him that I had had an experience with another firm of solicitors and was feeling quite worried about a query I had put to them regarding their conduct, which I was concerned could lead to further problems with that other firm; and possibly additional costs to pay, as a result of my query. Michael provided me with clear and concise advice, and he reassured me considerably with regard to where I stood with this other firm, as well as the advice and information they should have given me in the first place. I am now armed with details I wouldn’t otherwise have had, which I can now put to the other firm, which makes me feel more confident in dealing with them. Many thanks to Michael Horne. 😃

Needed help with an issue urgently ,had a call off Michael Horne at 8:10 this morning and it was sorted by 11:20 with wonderful assistance by Molly Capener ,absolutely first class,excellent!!
Having been turned away by 3 big solicitor firms in Hereford based on Broad Street, one of which had been my Uncles solicitor for many years, (they refused to help him to witness his signature on a Court of Protection document). I was incredibly grateful, and relieved, to finally receive professional and courteous service from Kidwells Solicitors. We got an appointment on the day that I first contacted them. Everyone was very polite and treated us respectfully, which should not be a surprise, but it was after the dealings we had with the other 3 solicitors offices. The Kidwells Solicitors offices are easy to find, just outside Hereford on the Industrial Estate. Parking is easy, and close to the offices, which are on the ground floor, easily accessible for my uncle who has mobility issues. Michael Horne was patient with us, and took time, being very kind and understanding. I don't usually write reviews - but sometimes you meet someone who deserves recognition and praise for how professionally they conduct themselves. Mr Horne will now be our go to solicitor for everything. Thank you for restoring our faith that day and helping us with what was a simple matter, but had caused my elderly Uncle a great deal of distress.

I was six month pregnant when Michael took my case and him and his team made things as easy as possible for me and got me the best possible outcome in court. He explained everything to me clearly so I would understand and was always happy to talk over email or phone to discuss any worries I had. Not only is Michael the best at what he does he is a genuinely a very nice man.

Tianna is currently supporting us through buying a property in Bristol. She is incredibly professional & supportive and her communication level is exceeeding expectations. We receive a reply often within minutes. She supports her clients and navigates the process with the other solicitors on our behalf to a standard you'd wish for when buying a property. And trust me I am not being naively positive, as the solicitor team for the house we are selling is getting a different review (entirely different solicitor company). So in summary, Thank you Tianna!
